Breakfast and après ski snacks

In the morning we offer a variety of different kinds of bread (organic bread, whole meal etc.), pastries and cakes. Fresh fruit salad, a variety of fresh fruit or home-made Himmlhof-muesli and cereals will give you energy for the day. The sumptuous buffet also offers dried fruit, juices, home-made jams from ripe fruit, Tyrolean butter, fine cheeses, organic mountain cheese, Italian prosciutto and salami, fine ham from the best Tyrolean butcher, sausages and bacon. You will find scrambled eggs, fried bacon, barbecued sausages and also French toast with maple syrup on the buffet. Order your favorite variation of eggs, like poached eggs, sunny side up, ham and eggs, bacon and eggs, and we will cook them fresh by using eggs from an organic farm.

Both, our beautifully decorated rooms and the originally paneled Staffler snuggery with tiled stove, crackling fireplace and organic corner, provide a comfortable place to enjoy your sumptuous breakfast or a sweet and spicy après ski snack (only during winter time) in the afternoon. Homemade cakes, bacon, organic cheese, homemade bread spreads, hot deer sausages, Tyrolean style meatloaf, delicious salads, hot soups and now and then some European cuisine will meet the needs of the hungry skiers coming home.
